I didnt care for the frosted over windows. It felt claustrophobic. I would prefer to draw a blind if i wanted. Hotel wasn't full but they gave me one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Some sort of mechanical noise outside of the window i couldn't see out of. My guess was the heat pump units ( compressors). They gave you ear plugs and a white noise machine... but i would have rather had a quieter room. If you have trouble sleeping, you might keep this in mind. Smelled like paint in the hallway. There was a painting contractor there. No fridge or microwave... bring ironed clothes. There is no iron.

Absolutely fantastic place, with equally fabulous service. Beautifully designed, pristinely clean, love places with some personality and the Moxy is all about that. Extra huge thanks to Emery for being such a big help during my stay! Also loved the bar, need to go back sometime so we can enjoy the food options as well.

Everyone was very welcoming but there was a bartender named Chris he went above and beyond for us. He took time to write us a list of things to do in Portland. We literally used that list to fill our days. I would definitely go back just to get that kind of service.
