Left do not disturb sign on door. Came back room had been cleaned after 1 night. Housekeeping threw out all my new groceries around 70$ worth. Went and talked to front desk . They did absolutely nothing about it. I will never stay there again

Just kinda average all around. Paid up for the suit only to find its on the freeway side of the property. A bit noisy. Apparently getting an upgrade this coming year and going to be a Hilton. That should help…provided it comes with a little customer service training for staff. The restaurant, de Fuego is very good though. Food and service was top notch.

The hoyel was clean but my room smelled like cigarettes . The toilet seat had a cigarette burn. I'm a non smoker so the smell bothered me. The staff was very friendly especially the male house keeper .

This is my third time staying at the Monarch and it has not disappointed me. The restaurant has a great menu and there's shopping very close. The room is a bit dated, but it has all the comforts needed for a stay.

Our stay was fine. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit was very loud - even with the "just fan" setting. It was fine for what it was, conveniently located near the airport and near the cemetery we were attending a service at, but I don't think I would go back for a leisure trip.
