Hotel Eastlund is very close to the Moda Center. It is walking distance to Smith Tea and Westward Whiskey and a few restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Only valet parking is available. Street parking is scarce.

Very fun, & great desk services
It was so much fun, me and my lovely girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. It’s way more modern than most hotels, beds & pillows are extremely comfortable, and it’s walking distance to a lot of local food spots, the neighborhood is extremely safe, just be cautious. But overall, we enjoyed our experience. Just be aware of the $300 security deposit before checking in.

We stayed at Hotel Eastlund to visit Moda Center for an NBA game. It was walking distance to the center from the hotel, so it was very convenient. We enjoyed staying at the hotel until we were being charged $6 for water in the mini bar, which we didn't drink. It was sad to experience the dishonest act.

The front desk service was very nice and helpful. They did have a few things not in stock such as essentials but other than that they were very nice. It was very clean and the room was spacious for two people. The surrounding were very dirty though. I would recommend parking with ballet instead of the street parking it looked very sketchy.

Our stay was fine and all employees were friendly. We were disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast, especially for the room price. Also, the fact that we were required to use and pay for valet service did not please us. It just added more expense to our evening. We are totally capable of parking our own car.
