I left my car in the long term parking before my flight. Upon return, I stayed one night. There was an Anime convention at the hotel. The staff put me in a quiet room. I never heard the participants at all. And, my car was safe the entire time I was out of town. I would stay again.

Although some issues were partially resolved, our stay fell short of expectations. I was initially under the impression that breakfast was included with our booking, but this was not the case. Our first room was poorly maintained; the TV was non-functional, and the AC stopped working entirely. We were transferred to a PURE room, which was a notable improvement, but the overall experience remained subpar. The cleaning staff frequently failed to complete our requests, requiring us to make repeated calls to the front desk. Additionally, the TV in the room had a very limited selection of channels. We were given two breakfast passes, but the food served was cold. Even after specifically requesting hot food, this issue was not addressed. The meals were basic, comparable to those served at a Holiday Inn Express, and it was clear the kitchen staff could benefit from additional training. Despite these significant inconveniences, no discount or compensation was offered. The day management was unhelpful and unwilling to address most of these issues adequately. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend considering a different location for your stay, as this property did not meet basic hospitality standards. Our giving of 3 stars was solely due to a swing shift manager who kind enough to move us to the Pure Room.

Usually when I stay at the holiday inn Portland airport, I have worked all day and am going to catch an early flight. They provide shuttle service. They have a sign up sheet for the people catching the shuttle so you know where you are on the list. The staff is great at making sure those people who wrote their names down, they get on the shuttle first. I also like the fact I can get a drink and not have to goto a bar. They have good food and good service. Drinks are quality drinks .

The female at the front desk was apparently upset that I interrupted her evening. I was given room 521, which is on the 5th floor and she pointed at a hallway and I had to figure out the rest. She was rude, uncaring and she wouldn't last a day at McDonald's.

Poor shuttle service.
Was told there would be a shuttle service. While checking in, I asked if the shuttle service was able to take my ski’s. The front desk told me there would be no issue. At 4am when I walked to the shuttle I was told by the driver that they could not take my equipment because it would not fit. I got an uber as a result. I choice this location because of proximity to Portland international airport and its shuttle service.

Nice hotel but parking isnt included? And they rent parking to anyone (used for the airport), so parking is not easy. No hot tub, but a small pool. Nice hotel. Clean rooms.

I stayed here over the Christmas holidays. The best part about this hotel is its convenient location near the airport, and the cleaning staff was excellent. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay, but it’s a bit noisy due to the trains that run next to the building. The hot water was more lukewarm, with low water pressure in the shower, which made me wish I had stayed somewhere else.
