This property was in a key location with easy access to ports, ferries, and tons of restaurants and history. The hotel does need some love, especially in the bathrooms. Our bathroom’s ceiling was peeling and displayed signs of water damage. The shower head needed deep cleaning, mold.

Walls and doors have very little sound proofing, can hear conversations from the hall and rooms. Other than that, convenient location. Found street parking easily and didn't have to pay for valet. There were hot options for breakfast that was included. Pool was warm.

My biggest complaints are that the walls are super thin and the cleaning staff are very loud. You can hear them as early as 7:30 knocking on doors and yelling across the halls to talk to each other. The rooms didn’t hold heat very well so I definitely had to crank it a little higher than normal. Other than that the front desk staff and ballet were great. The location was amazing too. Good stay but very noisy.

Booked room thru Expedia. Upon check in the reserved room was different from requested room. Also parking was advertised as free self parking which was not correct. Parking was valet only for $40.
