Nice enough property. Cheap and convenient location. (I stayed for a nearby concert venue) Not too much negative. Room was clean with some furniture, paint, etc showing age. Negatives of my experience were thin walls and coffee being "all finished" when I checked out at around 10:30. Surely coffee is cheap enough to serve until 11 am.

This is not a luxury property. However, if you're looking for just a room, with virtually no amenities, this is a good choice. The staff is very good (especially Maria) and the location is convenient.

I stay here several times a year when visiting Portland. This time it’s mid week off season and the hotel seems rather empty. However the room I was given was on the second floor beneath a very noisy room. Why not spread the guests out so I could have some peace?

Great value for the price. Room was very clean, staff was kind. It was within walking distance (12-15 mins) of the conference center. Lots of dining options nearby.

Great value, I stayed for 5 nights. Not the most sound proof, you can hear your neighbors and outside noises. Shower could use some improvement, the water leaked out onto the floor and I had to use multiple towels to cover the floor which were left soggy. The staff is really friendly though! Convenient location, I didn’t have to drive more than 15min to most of what I wanted to do which was nice. Overall a good deal, I’ll probably book again if I’m in Portland again!
