Requested a ama wheelchair room at time of booking . Did not have one available when we arrived. Was asked by front desk if I really needed one. My daughter is in a wheelchair and.we.were here for testing at st Vincent's hospital. Twice now Hilton has failed us.

Nice property that was convenient to my appointments. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating during my stays here. Only problem was my room was freezing when I checked in because A/C had been left on at a very low setting. Had to turn on heat to make it livable.

Our toilet did not work properly. I informed the staff, but they did not offer to fix it, they just offered a plunger. This property does not meet the standard of other double tree properties I have stayed at.

I was pretty disappointed in our first stay at your hotel. The room stunk very bad, there were cobwebs everywhere, leaks throughout the whole property, huge piles of dog poop in the walkways to the door, which did not work so we utilized a side door that did not lock at all. We went to grab breakfast and was informed it was 12$ per person, then ALL the food was very cold, I had to have mine and my husbands food heated. There were no napkins, no butter no cream cheese and the lady working the desk seemed bothered we asked for anything. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay and will not be booking with your property’s in the future.

Nice room but a couple of maintenance items keep me from rating higher. There was a light bulb burnt out and the body wash was empty. Very comfortable bedding and pillows were a plus.

Wonderful Stay
Room was big and very clean. The smell was a little off for me. Bed was comfy... pillow were good but a little small. But the front desk brought me another one without hesitation when I asked. Pool felt perfect for being an indoor pool. Not too cold, not too hot. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff were ok but my room had a very strong odor of urine. I complained right away and was told the hotel was booked. They didn’t have other rooms until the next day. The next day I couldn’t move, I had plans already. The person at the front desk said he was going to send someone to throughly clean the carpet. They never did. After I called that evening they send a girl to spray and kind of “clean” the toilet. I didn’t like that. Not a pleasant experience.
