The property was under massive construction, a fact they failed to reveal ahead of time. So when we got there, there was no complementary breakfast and there was no pool. The two items I’d specifically asked for. To add insult to injury they ended up charging $130 a night, which was probably double what they should’ve charged given the condition of the hotel. In addition, we had a two queen bedrooms yet they only put out itty-bitty bottles of shampoo, and two of them which wasn’t even enough for one person’s hair. With all the construction, it was very noisy during the day when I was trying to sleep, the banging from above us and the workmen going in and out with supplies next to our room, made it impossible to sleep. I reserved the room on Expedia so I could see the pictures ahead of time.if you’re going to have a website, you really need to keep it up-to-date. Otherwise you’re selling something you don’t have which is what they did. If I if you’re going to have a website, you really need to keep it up to date and be honest about what you’re selling. If I could’ve canceled after getting there, I would have. I would definitely never stay there again.

Enjoyable stay.
Very nice large clean, newly remodeled room. Pool was clean and fun to use. The pool water was a little chilly but good for exercising. Breakfast was nice as expected and dinning room was clean.

The hotel, the staff and the stay was fine. Reducing a star because their website claimed they offered EV charging, when they actually didn’t. I specifically booked this place because it had EV charging. It was a hassle

I had their best friend which was a hot tub room flooring was kind of crappy cuz it and it's starting to come up a little bit from the water from the hot tub that you put more towels in there only because it's hot tub room and that way you don't have to have to counter for more towels other than that the manager that checked me in was very awesome and I really enjoy staying there cuz the only place I know you can get a hot tub in your room around metropolitan area Gresham

When we arrived we had a choice of 2 rooms and we picked the one the manager though was best! The morning breakfast was very good They had belgen waffles for breakfast! The indoor pool was very nice and we went into hot tub was very relaxing!

Some issues but generally ok
Pretty older and more worn down than most hotels. Our TV didnt work when we first arrived and there was an old used diaper behind the TV cabinet. Told the front desk but nobody handled it until we returned that evening and told them again. Room service could have handled it while they were cleaning the room. Otherwise, basically clean and no frills.
