Top-floor penthouse unit in historic 19th century brick building with modern amenities, exposed beams and brick, whitewashed wood walls. Rooftop deck with 360 degree views of harbor and city. Parking for one car is provided for the lot next door.

Separate master suites, each with custom showers, hand wands, and one with soaking tub. Very desirable exposed brick and vaulted ceilings with skylights in each suite. Black out curtains and skylight shades in each bedroom.

Gas-fired Jotul stove and floor-to-ceiling windows in living room.

Washer/dryer in unit. Individual heating and air conditioning. Easy elevator access to unit on 5th floor.
