1-The shower didn't have a lip, so all the water went out the shower. have to put towels to stop the water from going everywhere. 2- the water wasn't hot enough. 3- the heather wasn't warm enough. the room was cold.

Heartless front desk clerk Martin

Martin the front desk clerk was absolutely terrible. I paid for the reservation for my son and his family. After driving over 2 hours with small children, one of them under a year old in the car, he would not allow them to check in because they don’t have a credit card. My son asked him to call me and I would give him my info. He refused to call me. I called him, it is well after midnight at this point. He was not willing to help out. He would not accept my card over the phone even though I paid for the reservation. He offered to email me a form to fill out and return. I had to call him back after 20 mins cuz he did not email it. His response was he was preparing it. I ended up having to email him and him reply before I could get said form. Then the for was not something you can type into to complet had to be printed it’s now nearly 2 am I have no access to a printer. This man was a smart alec the whole time this was going on, as kids are waiting in a car In The cold state of Maine. They had an early morning flight and now had to drive 2 hours back home just to drive back the two hours in the morning. I understand policy but Martin was not even trying to be empathetic to what was going on. He is the most vile individual I have spoken to on the phone. He does not belong in the hospitality industry His attitude is probably why they keep him on overnight so he has little contact with the public.

I thought I was getting a single room with a queen size bed. Instead I got a single room specially designed for a wheelchair bound handicapped person. In addition, the shades would not close & the heat wanted to blast the room to 80° despite having the thermostat set for 68. The USB ports built into the wall by the bed were under voltage. This makes it difficult to impossible to charge a phone. The room's lighting was difficult to access and the refrigerator was not even stocked with complimentary water. To add insult to injury, I was unable to avail myself of the free breakfast because it starts so late I had already left for the airport.

Clean room with no carpeting. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is quite small. The traffic was loud (not their fault I should have looked at a map before booking and realized this before). Continental breakfast had decent, but basic options, good enough for what I like. Overall good value and clean property.
