Bright & beautiful 4 bedroom house with sea views

A 3min walk from Chesil Beach, it's the perfect base for experiencing the world famous walks

We'll give you a guide about all the free parking spaces within 2mins walk from the house

A utility room with washing machine & dryer has space to store boards, sails etc

It's also close to the National Sailing Academy.
The space
Coastguard’s Vantage is a calm relaxing space spread over four floors.

On the ground floor is the newly fitted out kitchen and dining room.

At basement level is a cosy and inviting superking bedroom (can be arranged as a twin if required), with en-suite wetroom. The courtyard containing washer and dryer is accessed from this room. (Please note - the wifi is not strong in the basement due to thick stone walls.)

On the first floor is a large and comfortable living room with 43” tv (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), plenty of sofa space and hanging egg seat with views out to sea.
There is a bedroom with kingsize bed on this floor also.

On the top floor is the master bedroom with amazing sea views, and a fourth bedroom, which can be arranged as a super king or twin.

August 2022: All bedrooms have had secondary glazing installed, to ensure an extra peaceful stay for our guests.

There is a utility room in the basement with washing machine and dryer. You can also store kayaks, boards, sails & bikes here as it has direct access from the side street via a gate.

Guest access
There is plenty of free parking on Castle Road and Queens Road, both just short of the house.
There is a direct bus (Route 1) from Portland Victoria Square or Chiswell stops, to Weymouth town Centre, which takes 20 minutes.

Other things to note
Please note the house doesn’t have its own outside space, but it is a 1 minute walk from the green space of Victoria Gardens, and a 3 minute walk from the beautiful Chesil Beach.
