Property was well kept, attractive, clean. Was not particularly quiet regarding noise, but to be expected situated on rte one. Room was spacious, and clean. Central to shopping, dining, close to walking trails and beach.

The room was great. The center staircase was fine, but the staircases on the side seem a little wobbly. It's just a little off the main road which was nice for keeping traffic noise down.

We loved the upholstered chairs and ottomans in our King bed room. The staff were very accommodating. This is not a fancy motel, but very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Scarborough, not far from Portland. We will definitely stay here whenever we come to Maine to visit family.

Nice pleasant surprise. Breakfast is minimal but they offer something. Room is nice. Older but Well maintained.

The room had a strong musty odor. No deadbolt or way to secure the door aside from the door handle. Just had a sketchy feeling overall.
