Great 1 bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with a partial view of the sea and inserted in a private condominium with 2 swimming pools, children's playground, tennis court, garden and restaurant. Situated just 120 meters from Praia da Rocha.
Comprising entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with 2 sofa beds and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI.
The apartment has a sea view from the living room balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.

The apartment has a guaranteed, uncovered parking space outside the building.

Within walking distance of the apartment there are supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a payment by credit card, Revolut, cash or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate consumption for the reservation period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.
