Enclosed between unique Prainha beach and stunning and quaint Alvor village, this comfortable townhouse, part of a 35ha complex rich in gardens overlooking the cliffs, is worth staying at.

With two spacious ensuite bedrooms and an open living concept, its Modern Coastal design overlooking perfect sunrises will allow you to have an amazing time with family and friends.
Watching your children play by the pool whilst having a nice coffee in the grass terrace. Walking to and relaxing at Prainha beach, with one of the best restaurants in the region and ending the day at the Atlantic pool, with extraordinary views and a vast sun kissed grass lounger area. Enjoying alfresco home breakfasts or dinners under the stars. Walking around Alvor and its typical setting, ending the night at one of the many restaurants.

This beautiful townhouse can take up to six guests and it is 10 minutes’ walk or 2 minutes’ drive to Prainha and 7 minutes to Alvor quaint village or Praia da Rocha, with all its shops and restaurants.
If this sounds like a great deal, here are a few more details that will get you convinced.

The townhouse has 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds (4 people) + 1 sofa bed in the living room (2 children up to 14 years old or 1 adult) + extra baby bed. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD, wifi, air conditioning, cable TV and garden overlooking the pool and outdoor furniture.

This quiet development, where the property is located, stands out not only for the high quality of its accommodation units but also for the wide range of services and equipment available for all ages, such as 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults, and 2 for children and an indoor pool, including the Atlantic, in the shape of a shell, which is at the top of the cliff, with the ocean as a background, children's pool, restaurants of various specialties and superior quality, tennis courts, health club, spa, minimarket and much more. Guests will be able to access all the services in the resort, although some of them have an additional cost and to be paid on the spot.

The surrounding area is quiet, but it is close to the best golf courses in the region and only 2 km from the small fishing village of Alvor and Praia da Rocha, two different places but famous for their restaurants, handicrafts and entertainment.

We're incredibly flexible, and our interaction with guests will be tailored to their desires or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we're here to accommodate. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, and organizing sightseeing tours, among others.

Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.

Please note that a tourist tax applies to all guests staying in our accommodation. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The fee is 1 Euro per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights from November 1st to March 31st, and 2 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights from April 1st to October 31st. Guests under 13 years old are exempt from this tax.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten und Poolblick
Wir haben 18 Nächte in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es bleibt fast kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Auch die Küche hat alles, was man brauchen könnte, inklusive Pürrierstab und Tupperware. Im Garten kann man sich gut aufhalten und sich auf eine der vier Liegen legen, wobei die fast alle etwas kapput waren. Alternativ geht man einfach an den Gemeinschaftspool direkt hinter dem Garten oder an den Strand, der fußläufig 3 min entfernt liegt. Einziger Minuspunkt war das Doppelbett, die Matratze war leider etwas unbequem, aber das mag Geschmackssache sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieteragentur war zügig und unkompliziert. Wir würden gern wieder kommen.
