Great view of the water. Nice staff. One of the best shower arrangements that I've ever seen in a hotel, including five-star hotels at luxury resorts. Heating was splendid on a cold, rainy Pacific NW night: easy to control, prompt to respond.

It was okay....bed was comfortable but immediately saw a stain on the bedspread from previous occupants. The deck was a nice addition but showing lots of wear and tear.

- It’s on the road - so, noisy - woman when I came in was on commuter. No acknowledgment or anything at all … for a half an hour / then !, she took someone before me ! . That person got a room right away without a reservation - I had a reservation but did not get a room for 4 hours !!! Will not go back !!!

The hotel is dated. The shower was wonderful. The bed was wonderful, nice TV. The Arcadia door going out to look at the water, you couldn't see out the door, It had a weird film over it, and I'm sure it's from the salt water, but they need to figure out how to keep it clean. Because that's what you're paying for is the view.

Adorable inn, updated and clean building. It was Quiet and felt safe. Staff is a little quirky. One of the front desk agents was out for about 30 minutes, but he was kind and had a great personality. It’s close to everything too

The room we had, had an amazing view of the water in Port Townsend. The jetted tub in the room was also nice to have afrer a long day.
