A delightful three bed cottage in the sleepy village of Glyncorrwg, situated in the Afan Valley; perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. Access to the cycle path which leads to the mountain bike trails is located less than a 2 minute ride.

The ideal holiday accommodation well suited for mountain biking groups, hikers, families and those simply looking to relax in the peaceful Afan Forest Park.

We have a secure bike storage at the rear of the property in the form of a brick built store and ample on street parking outside the property.

The Space:
Brand new refurbishment! The property has been completely refurbished to a high standard,

The living area has a super comfy sofa to relax on while watching the TV, with soft throws for you to wrap around on the colder nights!

There is a large dining room for your meals and a fully equipped kitchen with a full height fridge/freezer, washing machine with a dryer and the all important Tassimo coffee machine. We supply a few pods for a welcome drink but please feel free to bring your own pods. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, to cater for your every culinary need.

Upstairs you will find the modern bathroom with a bath and over bath shower, hand basin and toilet.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin bedded bedroom and finally a single bed bedroom, all with blackout blinds and comfortable beds. A Travel Cot (we do NOT provide bedding for the travel cot) is stored under the stairs with the highchair. There is a single fold away bed and bedding.

The property is set directly on the river so you will love the picturesque view at the property. Security is as important to us as it is to you and we have CCTV at the property, giving you peace of mind for the safety of your bikes.

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code 48 hours within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
This holiday home is set within spectacular countryside, The Afan Valley is located midway between Swansea and Cardiff in South Wales. Within walking distance of dense woodland areas, the house lies adjacent to the former mining area of Cymmer and adjacent to a European award winning national mountain biking facility, The Afan Forest Park which receives approximately 60,000 visitors each year.

Transport links are readily available with junction 40 of the M4 approximately 7 miles to the south west via the A4107. Norton Views is north east of Port Talbot with the City of Swansea 13 miles to the west and Cardiff 28 miles to the east.

Other local attractions worth exploring further afield include Aberavon Beach, the city of Maesteg, Margam Country Park and even the stunning Breacon Beacons
