We have loved our stay here at The Shoal, it’s a modern clean and very central apartment. The view from the balcony is perfect and we couldn’t have asked for better 5 stars from us

Ruined Long weekend!
When we checked in, the apartment was filthy. There was a squashed dead bug on a wardrobe mirror, toilets and kitchen were very dirty and it was evident that the apartment had not been cleaned. When we contacted the property owner she asked for photo evidence which we were happy to pass on. She acknowledged that the property had not been cleaned. As a result of the unhygienic conditions, we cleaned the apartment ourselves and requested that our cleaning fee be refunded. The property manager acted extremely unprofessional and hung up the phone on us on several occasions. Cook top also did not work during our stay and we had to change our holiday plans in order to accommodate a technician to fix it. Avoid the headache! I highly suggest you don’t stay at this property!
