Enjoy this beautifully renovated and updated pet friendly cottage 3 blocks from the beach. Entire property has been renovated with new appliances, furniture and landscaping. Three bedrooms and 1 full bathroom located inside; one full bathroom located outside on deck to use after a day at the beach. The carport and driveway have plenty of room for parking a boat and multiple vehicles. Backyard has a large deck with outdoor seating and grill. Backyard is fully fenced.

St. Joe Beach is a quiet and quaint beach community with the beautiful white sand beach 3 blocks away. All beaches in Gulf County are pet friendly so we welcome fur babies with prior approval. Beach cart and chairs are provided for our guests.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Saint Joe Beach. A kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms are available in the cottage.

We were very comfortable here. Kathy is a great host and responds very quickly. We were able to use the beach equipment which helped us greatly. The dogs enjoyed the fenced yard too.

July 2024 trip
The property is located within three blocks of beach access on a not crowded beach. The amenities of the property were in good shape as I cooked all meals at the property the pots and pans were adequate for the stay and in good working order in the past I’ve stayed at places where most pots and pans are worn out or burnt beyond use. Overall there are nicer places but this works beyond expectations for the average family.

This was a good place for us and our miniature schnauzer. He liked the back yard to run around in! We rented a golf cart for trips to the beach which I'd recommend. Its a bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Great little neighborhood to stay in.

Perfect for a getaway with your pups! Pet friendly flooring and even treats for the dogs! Kathy is a great owner/manager, and was easy to work with! I highly recommend staying in one of her houses!!

We loved our stay! It was hard for us to find a place that would allow multiple dogs. This place was very clean to be a pet friendly Vrbo. My husband and I were very pleased! The dogs had a blast and loved the fenced in yard.

The property was great. Pet friendly conveniently located to the beach. Beautiful clean property. Only suggestion from me and my friends that stayed there. The step down into the master bedroom is unavoidable for stubbing toes for getting about it and almost falling flat on your face. The master bed frame is a shin buster toebuster footbuster hit it several times. Only suggestion is to do something about those two things. Other than that it was an incredible stay

Considering the circumstances we encountered getting their, every thing as far as the rental was fine. There was a problem with bugs like a lot of inch worms on floors and some roaches showing up a couple of times. I would stay here again but if your old like me you really need a golf cart to get to the beach. Thanks 😊

We had a great time, stayed for a labor day weekend, the backyard is great if you travel with dogs they will love it. The lime tree in the backyard is huge. Short walk to the beach was not a problem. Great place to stay for a family.

The house and yard were perfect for pets. The beach is a 3rd of a mile from the house. The Port St Joe town area is a 10 minute drive. Severalrestsraunts that we enjoyed. The owner was very responsive.

Beach house was perfectly located to the beach yet still private and not on main road.
This was our first trip to the beach with our dogs. It was so nice to enjoy them and see their excitement from running the beach. The back yard was perfect because it was completely fenced. The house was very clean and very well cared for.

Wonderful Beach Vacation
I had a great time. The house has everything you need for cooking and a patio for outside relaxing. The property was set up nicely for people and for dogs. The location is great. The beach is 3 blocks away and if you go to the ocean and turn left (east) there are no houses so most of the time, no people. My dogs were able to run and swim without disturbing anyone. The house is about 10 minutes away from Port St. Joe and 30 minutes from Apalachicola. I definitely recommend this property for your vacation.
