I do not like to leave bad reviews and it is not at all for the staff. Of all the Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at, this was by far the worst. I chose it for the reputation Hampton Inns have. This was even more expensive than other hotels in the area. I would have never paid price for the condition of this hotel. The room was musty, bathroom fan didn’t work, carpet was filthy ( we all actually wore socks the whole time). As well as a moldy smell in the hallway. Not to mention that the exterior was not in good condition. We all didn’t even get hot showers. By the time my wife went ( there was 4 of us) the water was lukewarm Breakfast was fair, but if I had not paid so much for the room, I would have gone next door. Charlie

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in [Location] and was disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity. Additionally, the sheets were slightly dirty and had a musty odor. To make matters worse, the room did not have a microwave, which was inconvenient for warming my baby's food and milk. While the customer service was kind enough to offer us a different room, the initial experience was quite unpleasant. I would recommend that the hotel pay more attention to cleanliness and amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.
