Located in a quiet family neighborhood only 30 Minutes to beautiful Pine Island beach on the Gulf Coast and only 25 minutes away is Weeki Wachee Springs/Buccaneer Bay water park where you can watch the mermaids in the underwater theatre, Kayak along the river or swim in the springs. SunWest Park is an outdoor sports and recreation park in Pasco County with a mile long white sandy beach, wrapped around a spring fed freshwater lake right of the coast.
