The main bathroom has a large shower and bathtub and for your convenience there is a laundry with washer and dryer. The complex also offers a pool, security parking for 1 car and a lift.
Bedding: King sized bed in the main bedroom, queen in the 2nd and a two single beds in the 3rd bedroom (linen is not included but linen hire can be arranged).
This property does not allow pets, parties or smoking.
This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.
There is a $500 refundable bond that will need to be paid prior to arrival.
