Architecturally stunning and beautifully decorated modern home with tropical landscaping surrounding the house. Secluded setting on top of the hill at Lighthouse Beach offering ocean views from almost every room. Sea acres reserve and Minors beach are across the road (300m walk), Lighthouse Beach 2min drive, Shelly Beach 5min. drive. Port Macquarie town 10min drive. Our resident koala "Kilala", the name our 3 year old calls the koala, roams the trees around the house.

STUNNING HOME
This home is breathtaking on both approach as well as the inside. Modern kitchen with 5 pit gas stove, large common TV lounge and separate adult lounge area, bench seats throughout the house to enjoy the garden and ocean views. Plenty of space for everyone. Free WIFI.

LARGE OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA
Kitchen opens up to a large alfresco undercover entertaining BBQ area in a seclusive tropical setting. Ample of space for adults and kids to play on the manicured green lawn. A seperate rainforest jungle is available behind the garage for kids to experience the bush in the safe fenced off property surrounds.

BEDROOMS AND BEDS
4 Bedrooms and 2 open areas with futons. Large master bedroom with ensuite. All 4 bedrooms have a balcony with ocean views.
3 Queen beds (Master bedroom, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3)
2 Single beds (Bedroom 4)
2 Futons/sofa beds. Futon in open area upstairs suitable for children / small adults. Sofa bed in downstairs alcove near living room.

BATHROOMS
2.5 Bathrooms. Seperate toilet near outdoor deck /kitchen area. ensuite to master bedroom, main bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and vanity) upstairs.

PLENTY OF PARKING
Double garage available for guests as well as ample parking on top of the driveway, fits about 3 cars. So 5 cars in total and/or boat

PETS ON REQUEST ONLY - PRE-APPROVAL FROM MANAGEMENT REQUIRED
Garden is fully fenced.
Pets will be assessed upon request. Please contact us about your needs. Outdoor smaller dogs preferred.

I celebrated a birthday milestone and had my party at the local club, then spent the weekend with my family and long term friends, the house is beautiful designed, very large and spacious, gorgeous ocean views, board games and activities for kids and we all had an incredible time, which l'll always cherish!
