Enjoy your time away at this premier resort on an island in the bay directly across from the fun and nightlife of South Padre Island. Play golf at the Long Island Village golf course or spend some time at the Resort Activity Center with shared indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub, sports courts, and a well-equipped fitness room.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must check-in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for their parking passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
