One of check in staff had very bad cold ( or something). No mask. Not cool given the past few years. Furniture in lobby was very worn. Room was clean and renovated but walls were dark brown. Lake view was awesome as was the restaurant.

Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Nice and clean. Even though a hockey team and a wedding party were booked in at the same time as us, the staff guaranteed that noise after 10 wouldn't be acceptable. They even had security working to ensure the rules were abided by. Cheap VTech portable phone in room didn't work. Called front desk from my cell to report, but it was never replaced. Minor issue. We'd stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was on a Main Street close to gas stations, fast food etc. the restaurant was down a number of stairs with no elevator. I was surprised that it was inaccessible. The food there was very good and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Front desk staff was super helpful room was easy to find just a heads up no elevator it's a short flight of stairs however if you can't do stairs ask for a room on the main level it's a great hotel in a great town will stay again
