Your vacation starts as soon as you arrive at this fantastic single-story, snowbird-friendly home. The spacious screened lanai will be your go-to space with its sparkling saltwater pool - so jump in! You'll have the privacy of a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just eight miles from the beach. Step outside the palm tree-dotted exterior and go for a peaceful morning walk - there's a stroller so everyone can have fun spotting lizards, turtles, or even a gator.

Inside, the house has everything to meet your needs. Prepare some of the best meals of your life in the kitchen equipped with everything from full-size appliances to the provided spices. Mix your favorite poolside drink at the cocktail bar. Children's dinnerware and a booster seat accommodate younger guests.

As night settles in, head back out to the covered patio for conversations around the firepit. Another amazing day awaits tomorrow!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
