This deluxe residence boasts 10-foot ceilings, where spaciousness harmonizes with quality furnishings, creating an ambiance that seamlessly combines comfort and sophistication. Every corner exudes an air of comfortable, spacious living.

This home unveils an open-air plan seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living, crowned by a refreshing private saltwater pool and Spa. The primary Suite offers a private sanctuary, while two additional bedrooms provide comfort for family or guests. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the family room and becomes the heart of this inviting space, where culinary delights and cherished moments unite effortlessly.

PRIVATE POOL
A Saltwater Pool and Spa, thoroughly screened so you can enjoy an insect-free environment for lounging poolside or preparing dinner on the BBQ. The pool has a removable safety fence that keeps little ones from accidentally wandering into the pool.
NOTE: Pool/Spa heating is optional. There is an additional charge for heating the Pool and Spa.

FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room contains a leather sectional sofa with a chaise lounge, coffee table, and reading lamp. In addition, there is a 65" flat panel TV and an assortment of games and books. The Sliding doors open to the pool.

KITCHEN
This full-sized kitchen contains all the comforts of home and a breakfast bar with stools. The large side-by-side stainless steel fridge/freezer dispenses ice and filtered water through the door. The Stove is a flat cooktop range that is easy to keep clean, with an over-the-stove microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets contain dishes, silverware, glassware, baking & cookware, cookie sheets, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Add food from the nearby grocery store, and you're ready for a vacation full of gourmet dining.


BEDROOMS
Primary Suite: This room has a king-size bed with nightstands. The Amoire includes a 46" TV and a sliding door walk out the lanai. The primary bath area contains a long counter with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, a garden tub, a separate toilet, a closet and a ceiling fan.

LOCATION
The property is located between Punta Gorda and Venice, Florida. The property has easy access to Interstate 75.
Airports - Ft Meyers and Sarasota airports are 45 Min away, and Tampa is 1.5 hours away. Orlando and Fort Lauderdale are 2.5 hours away.

DINING ROOM
The formal dining room is spacious. The table is glass with wrought iron and has seating for six.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The Laundry room contains a front-load washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

SECURITY CAMERAS - There are NO Security Cameras in the house or living spaces.
The property has security cameras monitoring the exterior and garage of the house. You may view the security camera monitor at any time during your visit.
NOTE: One camera in the pool area points towards the house. On arrival, we will put a mask on that camera. A mask means that the camera records black.

PARKING - Outdoors in the driveway.

Good Christmas trip
The property is extremely clean and organized so that you know where to find things. There are notes around the house with directions. The pool and hot tub are very nice and private. We did a lot of traveling from this location and found it to be pretty convenient to go to the beach, to head down to Ft myers area. There are a large amount of places to eat nearby. The neighborhood was safe as well.

This is a modern design house with high end furniture and in excellent shape. House temperature, pool & hot tub temperatures are set by owner but were reasonable. Had to call to figure out how to do a few things but owner was VERY responsive and detailed. We definitely will consider renting again.

Great house and pool but they give you NO CONTROL OF AIR TEMP In HOUSE
It would have been perfect, however we had NO control over the thermostat and air temperature in the house. It is on a set system that does no go below 75. It took 3 nights for them to compromise and go down to 73 at night. Didn't get that temp until well after 9 pm when our kids go down earlier. Their rooms were warm when they went to bed as the they were the warmest in the house. I have never been in a rental where you dont get to control the temperature. It was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. It ruined the first three nights of our trip as I was constantly trying to get in touch with the owner and having to go back and forth with this issue. So I want to make sure everyone in the future is aware of this especially if they enjoy sleeping with lower (reasonable) temperatures. Since they refuse to make it clearly known to their guests beforehand and made no attempt to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Pre Christmas Get Together
This home was a beautiful, comfortable and roomy haven for our travel group. The owner was easy to contact and corrected our minor concerns promptly. The lanai and pool deck were private, spacious and allowed our group to stretch out in this area during the warmth of the day. Our group traveled to Boca Grand for charter fishing, Venice for snorkeling and shelling and even Tampa for a trip to Busch Gardens. The location was central to all of these activities and close to many shops and services in Port Charlotte. The kitchen was well appointed and we did all of our cooking at the unit, including a 15 pound turkey dinner with all of the trimmings! We did not use the wi-fi as everyone had access by cell phone at the house, despite having multiple carriers. The TV was huge and there was access to every sports event my guys wanted to watch. Check out was easy and quick. I highly recommend this unit for families wanting to reconnect from COVID but still avoid the crowds and restaurants.

tranquil Florida retreat
The house is beautiful and beautifully appointed; even the kitchen has everything a good cook would need. This is not the usual, at least in our long history of renting houses, and my husband the chef was very impressed with the quality of the cookware and other equipment. The owner was very attentive from afar and attended to even the smallest concerns very quickly. We highly recommend this house.

The ONLY complaint was the air temperature setting situation, we didn’t have control of. But after communicating with Kurdt it was fixed and he turned it down to make it more comfortable to sleep at night. The house is amamzing, comfortable beds and pool is great! I love they have beach chairs and umbrellas you can also take to the beach. This house is equipped with everything you’ll need and more for a nice getaway!! Will definitely return

Second stay as good as the first!
This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as great as the first time. The house is in a convenient location, and Kurth does an amazing job at communicating and ensuring everything's as it should be. Bedrooms are spacious, furniture is clean and comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool is our favorite part; we used it twice every day during our stay! Plenty of space for the whole family, both inside and out. Thanks again!!
