This 4th row home offers great views, easy beach access and is well priced. Wifi, fenced yard and cargo lift plus Covered and uncovered deck with deck furniture for enjoying the view and breeze!! Includes nice open living area with TV/Sat/DVD and electric fireplace, well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The master bedroom has a King bed with TV/sat and en suite bathroom with dual vanities, tub and shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has 1 set of queen over queen bunks, Guest Bedroom 3 has 1 set of queen over queen bunks. Guest Bathroom has tub and shower. Also has a fully fenced yard for the kids and dog!

Great trip to the beach
We had a great family vacation. The house is a short block to the beach. If your new to the area make sure you bring bug spray for the walk from the house to the beach. The kids had a great time digging in the sand and playing in the waves. A week before our trip one of our kids had an accident and needed surgery, as you can imagine it made our trip more complicated. We decided not to bring our dogs and had a late check in due to a follow up dr apt. Cobb Real Estate was very helpful in making the changes to our reservation. They have many properties in the area and we would definitely stay in one of their properties in the future. but

I didn’t set high expectations with it being a pet friendly house. It was awesome, very clean and laid out perfectly for us and our teens with their friends. The gate at the top of the stairs was perfect. The only thing is the gate to the yard needs repaired as it lets the pets out. It’s damaged due to the sea air but other than that would most definitely stay again!

Great place to stay
We stayed 7/4-7/10/23. The house was great. It was nice to have the lift to bring luggage and supplies upstairs. It had a tiny beach view, which was nice for the 4th row. It is very convenient location with family dollar just across the highway and the big store close by. We purchased the linens, this is the first property we had to do that with. I was expecting the sheets to be on the bed and made, but we had to put sheets on. We liked being in a neighborhood that did not have beach access for cars, just the pathway for golf carts. We rented from Texas Custom Carts, they delivered and picked up the golf cart we rented. The only thing’s that would have made it perfect was if it had a vacuum (it has carpet) and lounge chairs for the deck.

All the Feels of being at Home
One of the reasons I booked this house was because it looked very homey. It was true to that, I didn't feel like was in a stranger's house, it felt very much like home. The house was pretty much stocked with anything you may need. I did bring my dogs and felt that the fence and balcony was secured enough to keep them in, I didn't have to stress about keeping them locked up while I was there. It is a quick walk to the beach with a beach access that golf carts are able to go through.

House was very clean and comfy. Stocked with everything we needed. Location is perfect, no through traffic and walking distance to the beach. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great beach house
Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and eating ware. Everything was just as depicted on the web site. The only negative was that the front door handle needs replacement. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent stay. No vehicle access on the road was nice as we didn’t have any through traffic. There is golf cart access. Home has a luggage/ grocery elevator that made it super easy to unpack and pack back up. I couldn’t figure out how to make the houses sound system work and did not get much help from Cobb, oh well. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the extra $130 charge for sheets, pillow cases and towels. We just brought our own. Overall great property!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Favorite part was the big deck with the patio furniture and swinging chairs! So peaceful and can hear the ocean! Perfect for a large family. We will definitely be back!
