Charming stone house for 4 people of 80 m2 with fireplace located in Port-Bail-sur-Mer (new town since 2019) in the village of Denneville.

Seaside atmosphere with decoration in soft and soothing colors.

In a small street made up of 3 houses with a path leading to the beach, this pretty typical house composed of beams, stones and tiles offers all the charm of Normandy.

The cozy interior is suitable for stays in any season, summer with a beautiful light and winter with a coconing atmosphere by the fireplace.

Upstairs, beautiful bathroom with double sink, large shower, heated towel rail and plenty of storage.

2 beautiful bedrooms fully parqueted with 140x190 double bed, large dressing room. Beds are new and with shape memory. One bedroom in a romantic atmosphere with revamped and patinated furniture and the other bedroom "seaside" theme with raw wood headboard and pastel color tables.

Ein zauberhafter Ort, an dem es an nichts fehlt
Wir waren drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und können es sehr empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind über das FeWo-Tool zu erreichen und haben unsere Anliegen an eine Dame vor Ort weitergegeben, die sich schnell und zuverlässig gekümmert hat. Lediglich, dass es nur eine Toillette im Erdgeschoss gibt, könnte für Menschen hinderlich sein, die des Nachts nicht gut eine Treppe hierfür gehen können, da sich die Schlafzimmer in der 1. Etage befinden. Das Badezimmer ist jedoch sehr modern und im oberen Geschoss. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir können nur Danke sagen, dafür, dass die Familie Cesnel dieses schöne Haus mit Gästen teilt.

Un très bon séjour
La maison est très cosy et bien équipée. La terrasse nouvellement créée a été une très bonne surprise dont nous avons bien profité. La localisation est parfaite, elle permet d’aller à la plage ou à Portbail en vélo par de petites routes et des chemins.

Agréable maison dans un coin dépaysant et isolé.
Maison décorée avec goût et dans l'air du temps. Propice au repos. Cadeau de bienvenue apprécié. Toutefois le wifi est bridé et empêche une connection fluide avec plusieurs appareils.

Nettes Haus mit Substanz nach oben
Ein gemütliches, ruhig gelegenes Haus in der Normandie. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Strand. Alles sehr naturbelassen. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Ein sehr kleines und ruhiges Dorf mit einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei. Lediglich die Toilette (direkt neben der Küchenzeile) ist etwas überschaubar und hat bei uns eher einen Camping-Charakter hinterlassen, was man vorher auch (extra?) nicht auf den Bildern sehen konnte. Im Haus ist die Liebe zum Detail (bezogen auf Dekoration etc.) zu erkennen und die erste Etage ist komplett neu und schön renoviert worden. Der Fön funktioniert allerdings fast gar nicht mehr. Leider ist da keine Toilette vorhanden. Sehr bequemes, neues und gutes Ehebett. Im Bereich der allg. Ausstattung könnte man auch noch nachlegen, da in der Küche einige kleinere Dinge fehlten. Es gab z.B. keine Geschirrhandtücher, kein Spülmittel oder auch nur 1,5 Rollen Toilettenpapier. Alles im Nachgang selber gekauft. Ansonsten ist das Haus schön aufgeteilt und hinterlässt ein reizendes Flair. Im Garten gab es leider ein größeres Erdwespen-Nest, was bei einem Hund (wie bei uns) oder bei Kindern (wenn vorhanden) sicherlich nicht ganz ungefährlich ist. Scheinbar war das dem Kontakt vor Ort auch schon bekannt. Wir hatten auch den Eindruck, dass die Saison schon zu Ende war, denn der Garten war nicht mehr ganz so gut aufbereitet und stark vertrocknet. Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit war auch noch etwas Luft nach oben, da noch Krümmel / Haare auf dem Esstisch waren und der Kühlschrank am Anfang etwas muffelte. Insgesamt kann man es schöne Steinhaus schon gut empfehlen, da es wirkt gemütlich, schick und ansprechend ist. Es wirkt halt so, dass der Eigentümer nicht unmittelbar in der Nähe ist und nicht alles im Blick und auf dem Schirm hat. Bitte als konstruktive Kritik und als Tipp am Rande verstehen. Letztendlich zahlt man ja auch Geld für eine Dienstleistung. Nichts für ungut und noch einmal vielen Dank! :-)

Beautiful house in a nice area with a church nearby
Charming house lovingly renovated with tasteful nice interior. The toilet is maybe a bit small, but there is a nice bathroom. At the front there is a pretty little rose garden. We definitely felt very comfortable in the house. The contact with the landlords was very nice and fast. Denneville itself is a small village that consists of only a few houses. There is a small shop where you can buy the basic daily necessities. Unfortunately, the church is ringing every morning. That was not a disaster, but it should be mentioned. There is also a bit of traffic sometimes. Nevertheless, it was a very nice stay. You can walk to the beach in about 30 minutes, which we liked to do with our dog. Or take the car and arrive in five minutes. All in all a recommended house for nice days in a wonderful environment with relaxed people.
