Paddle in the cool waters or bring your Kayaks and follow the bay around to the Port Austin town center. Sit by the waters edge of an evening eating smores or quietly read under the shade of Pergola . A local restaurant half a mile away can also supply pizza and bar style food. One and a half miles into the village there a multiple places to eat.

Inside the house three of the bedrooms are ensuite. An upstairs second living room can be a place to play cards, games look over the lake. Full laundry facilities make life easy and a kitchen with all the mod cons allow you to dine in and eat around a family table for 10.
