This was a convenient stop over. Staff in the bar were a little biased towards the locals as opposed to visitors, but that may have only been on that night. The lady was covering many areas as well.

A very good place to stay if you are visiting the Port Arthur historical site. It is right next to the site so you can easily walk to the front gate.

Water pressure was bad, I had to turn the hot on full and cold off to get some heat and pressure for a shower. Bathroom was dirty with long hairs on dust on walls. Probably been wiped with someone’s towels. There was no hand wash in dispenser do we used shower wash instead.

I liked that it was so close to the Port Arthur Historic Site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was really good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We paid $12 and only got 2 slices of toast. Very limited cereal selection and no hot food.

General maintenance around common areas is lacking, with a bit of TLC would make a world of difference,as the location is great. Rooms were very tired,but were clean. Parking for larger suv's was tight. Meals were great,and staff although under the pump were fantastic.

Couldn’t get closer to Port Arthur historic site
Great facility right on the port Arthur historic site, so you could see the ruins from the restaurant and access the site from the grounds. Restaurant food was terrific. An older motel, but still had everything you needed and clean and comfortable.

I liked that it was next to the historic site & you could see it from the restaurant where we had dinner. Also they gave me access to walk through to the historic site in the morning after my stay

Nice tody little units. Great view looking over Port Arthur. Only down side was sharing a wall with the laundry. Someone was using it after hours and was noisy

This motel is on the backdoor of the Port Arthur site. Although the rooms are dated, they are very clean and roomy. There is direct access to the historic site, a friendly local bar and a choice of meals and locations - in the dining room or in the bar. Some rooms overlook the site and have a balcony, where you can sit and take in the beautiful site. There is also on-site parking and is close to other attractions in the area.
