L'appartamento, recentemente rinnovato, è molto spazioso e completo di tutte le possibili dotazioni. Il parcheggio è comodo ed è vicino all'ingresso. La posizione dell'appartamento permette di raggiungere comodamente le principali città della toscana sull'asse Pisa - Firenze. Anche il mare è facilmente raggiungibile. Negozi alimentari a un paio di minuti di distanza e a 5 minuti un centro commerciale.Il proprietario si è dimostrato accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza (per esempio fornirci un letto supplementare) o informazioni della zona.
