Nice, quiet, clean hotel close to the centre of Ponta Delgada with friendly, helpful staff. We had a great sea view. Would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Pros: staff are very friendly and helpful ,They give you advice about the area and where to go
Cons: Perhaps need a bit of background soft music in the restaurant and reception area

On a apprécié la tranquillité la propriété la chambre spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Personnel agréable Literie moyenne , pas de documentation à disposition pour les points d'intérêts à voir sur l'ile

Hyvä kuntosali ja SPA-tilat. Ilmainen parkkipaikka suuri plussa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Miinusta tulee kunnollisten ravintolapalvelujen puuttuminen illalla. Sateella ei olisi aina viitsinyt lähteä kävelemään lähiravintoloihin ja baarista sai vain snack-tyyppistä ruokaa. Hotellihuoneemme 7.kerroksessa oli monen mutkan takana, mikä aluksi nauratti ja lopuksi vähän kyllästytti.

Pidin siitä, että tarjolla oli kuntosali ja SPA-palvelut. Ilmainen parkkipaikka oli iso plussa. Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ainut haittapuoli oli kunnollisten ravintolapalvelujen puuttuminen iltaisin. Sateessa ei oli viitsinyt lähteä kävelemään läheisiin ravintoloihin ja baarista sai vain snack-tyyppistä ruokaa.
