My only problem was that I left my laptop charger at the room, I called and they told me that it was going to be at the front desk. When I went to pickup the charger it wasn’t there.

Convenient location with parking, close to town square. Bathroom is super tiny, they gave us a double bed even when we reserve a queen bed, not happy about that. Municipal employees started to work at 4:30 am rght next to the Hotel, very noisy.

Excellent location across from a historic town square. Charming hotel with character. Our room was just okay, but the rest of the hotel was great with a pool, restaurant, bar, and boutique shops. Stayed here during the island-wide blackout over New Years, but the hotel was up and running with generators. We were very grateful for comfortable accommodations during the blackout. Hotel staff, particularly the Manager, went above and beyond to assist guests. I highly recommend.

The bedroom curtains were water stained, the toilet was leaking, the bathroom lights flickering, the towels were old, thin and one had a hole. No safety rails in the tub, no rugs or extra towel for the bathroom floor. No mini fridge, ironing board, coffee make, safe or chair. No wifi signal in the bedrooms, only in the lobby. The elevator is slow, only holds two people at a time, so you have to use the stairs, but there are no lights in the stairwell, so it's hard to see the steps. We were very disappointed.

The lobby and common areas like the pool were in good condition. The stairs to the rooms needs light is too dark in the night. The room on the other hand had a smell, the carpet looked burned and dirty. The mattress needs to be changed because they are old and you can feel the springs. The bathroom needs a better shower curtain.

The conditions of the hotel are very bad. Water leaks, dirty rugs, no room service. Getting coffee at the hotel turned into a mission, I waited for about 20 min to be served just to find out the employee did not know how to use the coffee machine. paid for late checkout but I left as soon as I got up.

We stayed for a night because we had a tour nearby but that was enough for us to feel like this hotel was not for us. The room was decent but the tv did not work. We went to the front desk to report this issue and the lady said she talked to the manager to go wait in our room and the person never came, so we could not use the tv during our stay. In addition me and my partner work remote and chose this hotel because of the free WiFi. The lady at the front desk never gave us the password so we went ahead to our room. We had to come down again to ask why the WiFi wasn’t working and she said that it’s supposed to. She gave us the password but turns out it did not reached to our room. So we lost an afternoon of work. The next day, while doing the check out we asked the gentleman at the front desk about this and he said that because of issues with connection the WiFi was only available in the lobby. This issue should have been brought to our attention because if we knew that we wouldn’t book the room because this was very important to us. You usually book a room at a hotel to have tv, WiFi and I bed to spend the night comfortably. But we only had 1 of those. If we were to stay more than 2 nights I would have asked them to move us to a different room. Sadly after this experience I don’t think I would return just because it seems that the inconveniences are not going to make my stay pleasant.

fue regular ya que tuvimos que esperar una hora despues de la hora del check in ya que la habitación no estaba lista. Tampoco habia servicio de televisión. fui por trabajo y queria estar relax viendo TV y no pude. Tampoco habia disponibilidad en el estacionamiento. Personas de fuera ocupaban los espacios para una actividad en el salón. Por otro lado, personal amable, cuartos limpios, baño igualmente limpio.
