Localizado estratégicamente en el centro de la ciudad de Ponce, este apartamento/estudio le brinda la oportunidad de disfrutar de la arquitectura colonial de la zona y de la vida diurna y nocturna de la ciudad.

Éste elegante apartamento está totalmente equipado y amueblado, cuatro cuartos con cama tamaño Queen Size c/u (2 personas p/cama) + sofá cama tamaño Queen (2 personas), lo que permite acomodar fácilmente 10 personas (aplica cargo adicional sobre 4 personas) en este apartamento. Incluye también las sábanas, fundas, frisas y almohadas.

La hora de entrada es a las 3:00 pm y la hora de salida es a las 12:00 del mediodía. De requerir early check-in o late check-out será un costo adicional de $25.00 por hora. Estas solicitudes estarán sujetas a disponibilidad.

En su cocina se incluye: fregadero, estufa, nevera, microondas, cafetera, vajillas, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina, vasos y copas, productos de limpieza, ollas y mesa.

El baño es con ducha, servicio de agua caliente, toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo, acondicionador, loción de manos, jabón y shower cap.

Incluye entre otros: Smart TV y sistema RoKu, WiFi, tabla y plancha, aire acondicionado, detector de humo, extintor de incendios, closet con tablillas, artículos de limpieza como escoba, recogedor, cubo, mopa.

El estacionamiento es según la disponibilidad frente al mismo edificio. En adición contamos con un acuerdo para estacionamiento las 24 horas del día, en un estacionamiento privado en la cuadra posterior al edificio, por un cargo adicional de US$10 P/noche. Para reservar este estacionamiento privado, favor contactarnos antes de las 5:00 PM.

Nuestras facilidades están conectadas y dependen exclusivamente del servicio público para las utilidades de Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica y Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillado, de Puerto Rico. Las reservaciones están formalizadas en el reconocimiento y entendimiento de esta condición por parte del huésped, por lo que la interrupción de estas utilidades, no limitaran ni llevara a la terminación de la reserva o a ningún tipo de reembolso.

La Orden Ejecutiva de Puerto Rico vigente, para salvaguardar la salud de nuestros huéspedes y del personal de trabajo entró en vigor el 16 de agosto y continuará del 23 de agosto en adelante.

Esta nueva orden ejecutiva exige la evidencia de la certificación (tarjeta) de vacunas contra COVID -19.
O evidencia Negativa de prueba de COVID-19 de 72 horas o menos el día de su “check In”.

La misma se recibirá a través de una declaración de viajero que el huésped será responsable de llenar como parte del su “check in”

La ley establece que las personas que no cumplan estarían expuestos a multas de hasta 6 meses cárcel o multa que no excederá $5000, o ambas penas a discreción del Tribunal.

Es por ello que nuestros huéspedes se comprometen y están de acuerdo, en que una vez formalizada su reservación, enviarán dicha evidencia.
El incumplimiento de esta nueva orden, llevará a la terminación de la reservación y no conllevará ningún tipo de reembolso.

El uso de mascarillas y distanciamiento social en los alrededores y áreas comunes de las facilidades será siendo requerido.

Not clean
Apartment was near the square. Easy to find and check in but it was dirty upon arrival. Shower has sand all over and caked on the corners. Room had not been cleaned as we found dirty panties under the beds. Couch had questionable stains all over it and was broken. Was not a pleasant stay. Thank goodness we brought our own sheets and towels.

Nice old house, needs to be cleaned more in detail, poor communication
Instructions were not clear, it took 2 hrs to find the remote control for parking. The lady on the phone did not know to provide information. The vrbo support person was more helpful. The house need better doors, hard to open - entrance door and the apartment door and some rooms as well as the bathroom and the closet in one room does not open. No AC or fan in the main room. Has a dorm size refrigerator.The house was hot. The power was off for hours and there were no lamps. The maintance man was very helpfull solving the problems he could. The house is not describe well on the webpage. It should said Old colonial style with lots of unfulfilled potential.

A New York apartment in old Puerto Rico!
This property reminded me of a New York apartment. It is definitely an old building with a restaurant/kitchen on the 1st floor and 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It is beautifully staged with modern decor and high ceilings. The floors had beautiful original Spanish tile throughout. The place itself was ample enough for five of us staying there. The high ceilings proved to be a slight problem though, specifically in the first bedroom. The room was not completely closed in as a wall was not built as high as the ceiling. This let all the light and noise in from the adjacent rooms. We could have moved into one of the other bedrooms but were only there 2 nights anyway. The location was right across the street from the main plaza and just steps away from restaurants, a casino, shopping, and even a speakeasy. Loved it!

estructura antigua, cerraduras en malísimas condiciones, NOS DIO MUCHO TRABAJO ABRIR nevera demasiado pequeña y NO ENFRÍA ..MATRESS en malísimas condiciones, AIRES NO ENFRÍAN BIEN BAÑOS CON SUCIO VIEJO DA ASCO ANUNCIARON 2 y solo uno completo y el otro sin bañera. NOHAY ELEVADORES Y HAY Q SUBIR 3 Pisos con equipaje Ningún abanico en áreas comunes(sala comedor)y calor infernal ES UNA POCILGA. ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE PÉSIMO
