Fue una experiencia inolvidable… a mi y mi esposo nos encantó, la comida de los restaurantes estaban muy ricas y los postres también. Todo el servicio los empleados fueron muy atentos. Volveré en otra ocasión.

My experience was horrendous. The property is not up to par and the pools are not convenient. Twrrible stay. Manager is limited to what he can do but he did try.

La limpieza puede ser mejor, los empleados pueden ser mas cordiales, el desayuno lo pueden elevar al siguiente nivel son cosas pre-calentadas, lo de pet-friendly tiene sus pro y contras, porque los que no vamos con mascotas tenemos que escuchar todo el dia la mascota ladrando mientras sus dueños de van y no los atienden.

We were in town for a funeral, we were exhausted and checked in late only to be given a room on the second floor directly on top of a club or bar with loud music. When we opened the door of the room, the music was equally loud as if we were in the actual club… absolutely ridiculous! We immediately went downstairs & the front desk was very helpful in switching us to another room in a higher floor. While staying there overnight, we realized how poorly this hotels was built, everything from decoration to construction is cheap and rundown even though the hotel is still relatively new. It’s always easy to tell the quality of a hotel looking at the towels and I’ve never seen worse… I’ve traveled extensively. One last thing that I want to point out is how absolutely ridiculous is that you cannot change the temperature in the room yourself but you depend on calling the front desk & then having someone come over to manually change it because the AC controls are locked… I had never encountered that issue in my entire life while visiting a hotel. Of course the room also had a loud fridge that woke me up anytime the motor started or stopped and of course there were cars going up and down the street accelerating loudly and with loud music. A truly terrible experience!

Durante mi estadía tuve varias situaciones incómodas que considero importante mencionar para futuros huéspedes. Primero, las máquinas de hielo no estaban funcionando en ningún piso, ya que las tenían apagadas. Yo me hospedé en el tercer piso y tenía que bajar hasta el primer piso para conseguir hielo, lo cual fue bastante inconveniente. El baño tiene un diseño poco práctico. El inodoro está separado del área de la ducha, lo que obliga a ducharse en un espacio y luego caminar al otro para vestirse. Esto se vuelve aún más incómodo porque el aire acondicionado no se puede apagar ni ajustar a una temperatura más cálida. La combinación de salir mojado de la ducha y pasar a un área fría provoca cambios bruscos de temperatura, lo que puede causar resfriados o malestar. El televisor del cuarto está ubicado en un ángulo que solo permite verlo desde una de las camas. El huésped que duerme en la otra cama no puede disfrutar del TV, lo cual es un detalle importante en habitaciones compartidas. El estacionamiento fue una de las peores experiencias. En ninguna parte de la página de Expedia se informa que el hotel tiene una construcción en proceso, lo que hace que el estacionamiento quede muy lejos del edificio. Entiendo que esta información no se destaque para no perder clientes, pero debería ser transparente. Además, aunque supuestamente el horario de trabajo comienza a las 9:00 a. m., el ruido de la construcción empieza desde las 6:30–7:00 a. m., afectando seriamente el descanso.

Comenzando con el parking es bastante incomodo. Habitación tan pronto entras esta el baño sin ninguna privacidad. Tuvimos problemas con el inodoro y se tuvo q llamar en varias ocasiones. Hubo q pedir papel de baño por que no rellenaron y el jabón de bañar se termino y nunca lo llenaron.
