My experience was horrendous. The property is not up to par and the pools are not convenient. Twrrible stay. Manager is limited to what he can do but he did try.

La limpieza puede ser mejor, los empleados pueden ser mas cordiales, el desayuno lo pueden elevar al siguiente nivel son cosas pre-calentadas, lo de pet-friendly tiene sus pro y contras, porque los que no vamos con mascotas tenemos que escuchar todo el dia la mascota ladrando mientras sus dueños de van y no los atienden.

Very nice hotel and had on site restaurants we didn’t even have to leave our hotel. Hard rock restaurant had really good food and amazing huge ice cream dessert options.
