We were unhappy with a few things. The fridge and microwave were dirty, the floor was also dirty. Also, the nonsmoling room reeked of cigarette smoke.

We booked 2 rooms, and one of my kids accidentally got sick on the bed, so I removed the blankets which exposed fecal stains. I asked if there was anything we could do about it, and was told “we can give you sheets. That’s it” I recommend checking your beds and cleanliness of your room BEFORE staying in there.

Check in was great. Parking was good i was pulling a trailer. Pant on ceiling in bathroom was peeling, stain on sheets. Could see light around entry door. No ice in ice machine. We had 1st floor room and people on 2nd floor was very noisy. Ac filter was extremely dirty and tub wouldn't drain because of hair. All those things are small and easily fixed.we would probably stay again, but some may care about those items

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating for our needs. Rooms were cleaned every day. Very nice out doors area for grilling. Clean pool and awesome breakfasts. We will be back.
