Located on the outskirts of Pollensa, near the iconic Puig de Maria, this charming two-bedroom villa is one of the newest additions to our portfolio. The property enjoys spectacular views—not only of the majestic Puig de Maria, but also over the picturesque town of Pollensa.

The villa is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a spacious living room and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The main bedroom comes with a double bed and is complemented by a modern indoor shower room. Additionally, there’s a second shower room conveniently located outside. The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Although the villa is primarily on one level, there is an open loft space just above the main bedroom, housing a second sleeping area with two single beds. This loft is ideal for children due to its lower ceiling height and lack of air conditioning—though fans are provided for comfort.

Please note:Although the villa has two sleeping areas, the maximum occupancy is limited to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 2.

Outside, guests will find a shaded rear terrace perfect for al fresco dining, and a private swimming pool with Roman steps, measuring 8 x 4 meters with a maximum depth of 2 meters. All of this is set within the villa’s expansive, well-maintained garden—offering the perfect space for both relaxation and family fun.
