Upon entering Villa Guillermo, you will be greeted by its spacious and welcoming facilities. The single-storey villa has three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, while the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed.

All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all bedroom units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

Villa Guillermo is just a few minutes’ drive from the town of Pollensa and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenç. You can walk to Old Town in 25 minutes, and there is a supermarket 10–15-minute walk away. There is a bus stop 10-15 minutes away to go to the beach, the town or to Palma. A car is not necessary, yet it is recommended if you want more flexibility to freely explore the island.

In Pollensa, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the afternoon and take part in its activities. On Sundays, there is a local farmers market in the main square where you can find an abundance of local vegetables, fruits, and spices.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing under the sun or, for the more active ones, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals), there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences, and even a couple of bars.
