Welcome to this fabulous duplex apartment on the seafront in Puerto de Pollença, where 5 guests will find their second home.
There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace of the property while admiring the beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the nearby mountains. In addition, the outdoor furniture invites you to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions. As it is located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The interior of the apartment, with two floors and decorated with exquisite taste, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with AC and Smart TV, perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there is also a toilet. Through some stairs you will access to the floor where the 3 bedrooms are, all with air conditioning. One of them has twin beds -one of them has one single bed while the last one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another independent bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. The apartment also has central heating. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

Port de Pollença is one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar and quiet atmosphere. If you feel like it, you can take a relaxing walk along the shore of the beach until you reach the center of the port, where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of stores, restaurants and all the necessary services for an independent stay. The beach of Pollença, a beautiful golden sandy beach, is only 200 m from your accommodation. Taking advantage of your stay, you can not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful villages of Pollença and Alcúdia, the viewpoint of Formentor or Cala Sant Vicenç.

Lovely split-level apartment with fantastic views over the bay. We were a party of 6, visiting for a short cycling break. Apartment had everything we needed, and communication with the property manager was faultless. Recommended.

Sehr große Wohnung mit herrlichem Balkon und Blick auf die Bucht.
Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade und man kann direkt vor der Unterkunft ins Wasser gehen. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über 3 vollwertige Schlafzimmer und ein kleine Schlafzimmer für eine Person, was optimal für größere Gruppen ist. Möbel im Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich sehr gut. Leider ist die Küche sehr veraltet und die Austattung mit Töpfen und Pfanne mangelhaft, viel zu kleine Töpfe und Pfannen für eine größere Gruppe, teilweise keine Deckel oder nur Deckel mit abgefallenen Griffen. Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs und der Kochutensilien ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung war einigermaßen sauber, der Boden war aber sehr staubig und nicht gründlich gereinigt. Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Küche würde eine Auffrischung benötigen, dann hätte die Wohnung auch 5 Punkte verdient.
