This beautiful stone clad villa is nestled in the fabulous countryside yet very close to the bay of Puerto Pollensa, boasting great views over the fields to the bay from the large terrace area. With a generous size kidney shaped swimming pool which is surrounded by a large lawn area and immaculate gardens as well as your very own hot tub, we’re sure if its relaxation you are seeking this villa is perfect for you. The interior is equally as stunning, furnished to a contemporary style with a high standard you can really appreciate that the owner has put great thought and effort into every area of the house. Set over one floor with laminated floors throughout and floods of light beaming through all the windows which gives an extremely light airy feeling. There is a super modern open plan kitchen and large lounge dining area with large glass patio door which lead onto the comfortably furnished terrace. Each of the large spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms has their own en suite and the master bedroom has its own walk in wardrobe. Next door to our magnificent Vinya Gran, ideal if a large family is travelling together. The two villas can be connected via a track to the side of the house.
