ALKIRA - THE VINTAGE HOLIDAY HOUSES

Alkira is an Aboriginal word for bright and sunny. For many it has
come to mean 'a happy place in the sun'.

The house is located on a quiet street with a large grassed yard to
the rear of the property. Relax and unwind in this tranquil setting,
surrounded by trees and native wildlife.

Alkira has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12
guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry and
wine cellar alongside an open-plan alfresco area perfect for
gathering over a cheese board or grilling away on the barbecue.The
master bedroom is spaciously designed, complete with a king sized
bed, walk in robe and modern ensuite and the further five bedrooms
are beautifully appointed with modern furnishings throughout. With
its own dedicated theatre room, finish your busy days of golf or
wine-tasting with your own movie night in the Hunter Valley. Plus,
Alkira has an additional children's activity area where our littlest of
guests can have their own space.

This property is centrally located within The Vintage Estate and
perfectly positioned within the Hunter Valley, just 2km from the
regions award winning cellar doors and restaurants. Next door is
Bimbadgen Estate, which is renowned for its concerts, dining and
wine tasting.

You needn't travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.

Alkira is also 'pet friendly', with its own designated dog room, so
every member of the family can enjoy a relaxing and memorable
break.
