Located on the second floor of a very quiet residence in the city center, we offer you this charming 40m² apartment, ideal for a short stay in Poitiers!

The apartment has been completely renovated and has a small living room with a dining table and a modern, well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave).
It has a beautiful, bright bedroom with a double bed and a large storage cupboard, with access to the bathroom with shower and WC.

The apartment has its own private parking space, ideal for easy accessibility given its location in the city center of Poitiers.
Be careful the parking space is very narrow.

All the comfort and equipment for a good stay are on site, all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy a stay with complete peace of mind!

Access to the accommodation is completely independent.You will have to recover the keys from a Bar Tabac in front of the train station. It is open from 7:00 to 23:00

The apartment is in the heart of downtown Poitiers, next to the Prefecture. Many shops are close to the accommodation (supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, etc.). Although it is very close to the station, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the roofs of Poitiers and not of Poitiers station (nothing overlooked).

The apartment is located 5 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car from Poitiers train station and approximately 15 minutes by car from the Parc du Futuroscope

Super bien situé / attention si voiture
Appartement très propre, compact et moderne. Attention a la mise a jour des conditions d'entrée et de sortie. Attention également si vous avez une voiture car l'entrée était trop etroite pour la mienne. Yaris twingo passent.

Bel appartement mais service d'accueil impersonnel et peu attentif
Bel appartement propre et bien agencé, mais le service de conciergerie est défaillant : messages automatiques en anglais, confus et imprécis, pas de réponse rapide aux problèmes rencontrés. Gros avantage : le garage en centre-ville Inconvénients : la position sur la carte initiale d'Abritel est fausse - la douche est vraiment très étroite, impossible à utiliser pour les grands gabaris.
