neues Haus mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Pros: Der tolle Meerblick von unserem Balkon aus
Cons: Der Boden könnte etwas besser gereinigt werden, es waren noch Haare unserer Vorgänger da. Sonnenschirm auf Balkon war kaputt daher nicht zu benutzen.
Neues Haus mit genügend Parkplätzen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Meerblick von unserem Apartement aus. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich begrüsst mit Willkommensgetränken, die wir bei der Hitze dankend angenommen haben. Zum Strand geht es ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss etwas steil den Berg runter. Es gibt jedoch unten auch einen grossen Parkplatz für alle, die etwas mehr Strandequipment haben. Neben diesem Parkplatz gibt es auch direkt einen Supermarkt. Mehrere Restaurants sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen, wenn man denn den steilen Aufstieg nach dem Essen auf sich nehmen möchte. Nach Split selber sind es ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wobei es auch in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle gibt mit einem Bus, der direkt in die Stadt fährt. Wir können Villa Lavanda nur empfehlen und kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Siisti Villa Lavanda

Pros: Villa Lavanda oli korkealaatuinen ja erittäin siisti. Omistaja mukava ja avulias.
Location: Villa on rannasta n.400m kävelymatkan päässä. Talo on rinteessä joten huonojalkaisille se ei ole paras vaihtoehto. Kauppa ja bussipysäkki lähellä.
Kaikki oli kuten etukäteen sovittiin. Lentokenttäkuljetus Villan omistajan kautta halvempi kuin taksi ja omistaja odotti meitä avaimien kanssa Villa Lavandassa. Omistaja oli avulias ja ystävällinen. Studio merinäköalalla oli ylimmässä kerroksessa ja parvekkeelta näki auringonlaskun mereen.

Hyvin siisti ja rauhallisella paikalla oleva Villa

Pros: Kaikki oli kohdillaan
Cons: Tien kuntoa Villaan
Location: Siainti oli hyvä ja rauhallinen,n.12km Splittiin
Huoneisto oli loistava,ainoa "huono" puoli oli että oli jyrkkä nousu Villaan,en suosittele huono jalkaiselle kuten itse olen.Vuokara isäntä oli loistava,todella auttavainen ja huolehtivainen.

Ihana Villa

Hyvä sijainti, hyvää uimaranta lähellä, samoin myös ruokakauppa ja ihana leipomo josta sai joka aamu tuoretta leipää ja yms. Erityisesti Villan omistaja, todella mukava ja ystävällinen. Huoneistossa löytyy kaikki tarvittavat välineet, se lisää mukavuutta. Suosittelemme vuokraamaan auton, saa paljon enemmän irti Croatiasta.

Cons: Liegestühle wären noch gut gewesen
Location: Starke Hanglage, nur für Gäste mit Auto geeignet. Etwas ausserhalb gelegen. Geschäfte für Lebensmittel und das Meer sind ca. 1 km entfernt.
War alles gut, haben schöne erholsame Tage erlebt!
