Could have used better lighting in the ♿ accessible room. Couldn't turn on light. The heat was either way to hot, or got to cold popping on & off. Love the prime rib special/bar connected to the motel. Untilized both. ❤️

Pocatello Motel 6 isn’t a good place to stay!!
The toilet seat was unclean, the back of the sink was dirty, the carpet was odiferous, the light by the bed didn’t work& the plug outlets worked till you plugged something into it and then it would quit. The only thing good about the place was pleasant staff. We pulled out at 5 am & since the lobby was locked up we couldn’t get any ice for our travel drinks. Not a good place to stay.

Myself and my daughter were heading back to the hotel around 145am, upon arriving i couldnt locate my room card. As my daughter searched my vehicle i went to the front office to ask for another room key, only to find out the front desk closed at 2am, there was a note stating for immediate service call this number. I called the number numerous times and no one picked up the other end. My daughter and i had no other place to go since our belonging were locked inside our room, so from 2am until 6am we spent the 4 hours in our truck waiting for the front desk to open so we can get another key. We had to continuously start my truck to keep warm it was so much of an inconvenience all because someone chose not to answer the phone. When the doors finally opened at 6am i immediately went inside and spoke with a lady to whom didnt greet me as i walked in. (Granted she was still opening up the computer) but as i explained my situation her actions and tone in her voice was as if i were bothering her. I asked for my room key, she did NOT ask for any form of identification to verify if i were staying in that room. Which alarmed me. And she also said "someone must NOT have taken the phone so thats why no one answered!" I told her my disappointment and she shrugged her shoulders and went about her opening up the lobby and walked in the back office. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED and COLD!

Stinking garbage.
As soon as I opened the door to my room I was punched in the nose by the worst smelling hotel room I have ever been in. The carpet had a thousand stains. I had to go buy air fresheners just to make it through the night. I left extra early just to get out of there. Disgusting would never go back.
