Not great but they tried to make it better
My room was not at all clean when I arrived. The beds were freshly made but there was trash piled high in the can. Someone’s old soap and trash in the bathroom, no clean towels available, hair in the shower and the toilet was not clean. The front desk lady was very helpful and came down immediately to help fix the situation (since there were no other rooms available that I could move to). She cleaned it up as best she could but it really needed a full cleaning by housekeeper.

Absolutely the most disgusting disgraceful Drugs on ground trash everywhere at entrance can’t get in and out door smelled horrible unclean mold in toilets could not even open the bathroom door to get to shower

This property while in the midst of renovations was the most expensive hotel on our trip (including a night in Vegas) filthy carpets, beeping smoke detectors throughout the hallways and in the room, hazardous construction areas to walk through. Rude staff. Unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about anything we had to say.
