We stayed Nov 22checked out Nov 23 everything was fine pool breakfast. We came back thru Nov 29 with a checkout Nov 30th. The difference in staff is clear. Nov 30 no breakfast, no pool, lobby dirty staff rude. Someone should have checked the pool last night and started a clean up them. Some one should have been on the breakfast team at 5:30 am when there was no sign of breakfast getting ready. The shampoo, cream rinse, body wash and lotion were all full of water.People who are thinking of staying you have a 50/50 chance of them getting it right. I want my money back

Arrived 15 mins before 3pm check in time and they said room were not ready but magically at 3pm they were. Place is nice and pool area is fun but they but not allow early check in at all so do not come because 3pm.

The ran out of towels and we didn’t have enough towels to shower. They said they would bring towels to the pool area and they never did. The ceilings were kinda gross and looked like they had water damage.

The Red Lion was so, so! The people at the front desk were very good and caring. When we got there, we were informed that all the king size rooms on the first floor were rented. We had requested a room that was handycapped accessible as we both have troubles climbing stairs and they had no elevator. They offered to give us a gueen room on the ground floor, which was fine with us. When we got to room 106, it was clean and nice, except it had one bed and absolutely no closet or hooks to hang any clothes on and the shower had a bench in it that was bolted to the wall, so you had to sit on it to take a shower. It was overall clean and the bed was comfortable, but it just seemed to have lots of unfinished quirks.
