The Quarterdeck is an expansive, oceanfront home built into the sugar sand shores of famous White Horse Beach. This home possesses a refined, nautical atmosphere, boasts stunning ocean views from ALL bedrooms, provides a group friendly space for dining, playing games, indoor/outdoor lounging and avoids cramped sleeping arrangements. Take ten simple steps from the oceanside deck to the private beach stairs and your rejuvenating coastal vacation begins!

DIRECTLY OCEANFRONT. Stepping into this home, you will be welcomed by breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic water views of the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown and Manomet Point through over 30 feet of windows in the downstairs common area. You’ll enjoy waking up with ocean breezes and falling asleep to waves lapping on the beach. Have a morning beach walk with coffee in-hand or venture forth for a seaglass search using your PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS. Being a short distance from the beach forces you to stop and listen, breathe out and relax.

SQUEAKY CLEAN. We go through extensive efforts to assure the Quarterdeck feels like home, cleaning it top to bottom every time with a phenomenal housekeeping crew. Our team is paid a living wage and is the same crew who has been caring for my own family for years. To round out our care, for a restful night sleep, the mattresses and pillows are encased for your protection. Pair that with fresh, ocean breezes and you really can breathe easy.

EASY. Your vacation can be made easy at our home. Minimal setup will be required on your part for the bathrooms, bedrooms and beach. With a simple combination entry lock, there are no keys to worry about. BATH AND BEACH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. Beds are made. Kitchen and bathroom welcome kits are provided. As for the beach, most everything you need for quality beaching is already here: chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach speakers, sea kayak, paddleboard, surf fishing gear and cruiser bikes. No lugging beach equipment back and forth from the car. And how many have lost a vacation day to cleaning and doing laundry before you leave? At the Quarterdeck, the departure procedure is so simple; NO LAUNDERING REQUIRED BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Have the whole family bag their own bedding and towels and be on your way!

FUN RAIN OR SHINE. Your group can have fun at the Quarterdeck no matter what Mother Nature sends your way during your stay. The first floor open-floor plan enables large groups to comfortably eat, play and hang out together. Likewise, the shaded, covered lounge area under home with ocean views can be enjoyed in most types of weather. Should your search for fun go beyond White Horse Beach, our online hospitality center outlines our favorite area activities, eateries, places to go, and highlights rainy day activities for kids and kids-at-heart. Plymouth and the surrounding areas offer a multitude of activities -- notable, historic sites, museums, steam locomotive rides, ferry rides, water parks, botanical gardens, biking rail trails, hiking, whale watching, fishing, antique/boutique shopping and great dining --something for everyone!

SUPPORTED. Our family lives within a mile of this home. We will welcome you and your guests when you arrive and provide an orientation of the property. Should the need arise, we are readily available to lend any assistance needed during your stay.

Awesome beachfront getaway
Amazing views everywhere! Great set up to reconnect with family and enjoy the beach front. The open plan living/dining area and outdoor deck on the beach is a great back drop for conversation and relaxation. Excellent host too!

Ocean Paradise Escape
This property hit every note...beautiful ocean front sunrise, clean, comfortable, relaxing and close to excellent restaurants and artsy shops in town. The owner could not be more accommodating and everything one might need to make their stay comfortable is provided. Summer getaway
Fabulous house with perfect amenities that allowed a wonderful vacation. Lynn was a very responsive host and she was so helpful in my questions regarding the area. The beds were very comfortable and the house clean and stocked. The whole process was super easy:) The views are spectacular and the neighbours super friendly! We definitely took advantage of morning beach walks to watch the sunrise with coffee in hand. We were very sad to leave and would love to return one day!

What a fantastic stay at the Quarterdeck. Right on the beach, with views from every bedroom and the living space. Bring food, drinks and clothes, but everything else is there. Lynn was such a gracious host and offered a few contingency plans in case Hurricane Henri messed things up (it did not). We had three families that have all stayed in Cape Cod; we all preferred our week at the Quarterdeck. Shout out to the downstairs outside seating and propane fire pit which isn’t pictured, but where we spent just about every night.

Amazing Stay!!!
The Quaterdeck was everything we hoped for and more! My family absolutely loved the view and the cozy space. Immaculate home & gorgeous views!
We had an great experience at the quarterdeck for a girls trip! The house was well stocked with supplies (towels, beach chairs, beach towels, beach gear, kitchen stuff) and Lynn and Kent were great to work with. Lynn was just a text away. The neighbors and community are so welcoming and friendly. The beach access is unbelievable and the views from the bedrooms are truly dreamy! I’m a germ freak and truly admired Lynn’s checkout process and level of thoughtfulness and care for laundry and making sure towels, mats and shower curtains are cleaned in preparation for the next guests. 10/10 recommend. Would definitely love to comeback for another trip!

We had such a wonderful time at The Quarterdeck! We rent often, and I have never stayed in a home that was cleaner or better stocked than this one. The pictures do not do it justice- the house is lovely and the views were spectacular. We spent a lot of time walking the beach, found a lot of gorgeous sea glass, and then warmed up at the fire pit. It was a wonderful and relaxing trip. We hope to visit again in the future!

Paradise!!
My daughter asked for a special present for her 18th birthday. She asked me if she could see the sun rise and set at a beautiful location. I have lived about 35 minutes away from White Horse Beach my whole life and I'm not quite sure why but never had the opportunity to spend any time there. Due to the Covid travel restrictions I searched for beautiful locations in Massachusetts to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Boy oh boy did we hit the jackpot! The location, the owners, the home, the sunrise, and the sunset were absolutely too incredible for words! We spent 3 days and two nights at the Quarterdeck and are seriously trying to figure out when we can go back to Paradise again! Lynn was so kind and welcoming and made sure that our stay was beyond perfect! We took a million pictures and video of the location and the view but you will have to see it for yourself! Absolutely breathtaking! The decor and bedding were beautiful and cozy. The TV was not turned on the whole time and the teenagers had their phones out to take pictures of having a blast with each other and the view. VERY rare in this day and age!! We enjoyed each other's company, embraced the Seascape , and truly rejuvenated! The Quarterdeck would be perfect for any season! We will definitely be back in warmer weather so we can take a swim in the gorgeous ocean! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Lynn!!

My family stayed here for 5 nights leading up to my son's wedding weekend in Plymouth and we couldn't have made a better choice of a rental property! What a view!!!
This property is exactly as advertised, if not better! Lynn has an amazing set up, and you really need not pack much more than clothes and swim suits! Lynn is super responsive if you have any questions along the way, and the house is clean and well appointed. But the view, and the location, are really the best part. Morning coffee on the deck facing the ocean just cannot be beat. Highly recommend!!!!

Dream Wedding And Then Some
We were looking for a rental that could accommodate our small beach wedding on WHB. We found the Quarterdeck and immediately knew this was “the one” pending owner approval. From first contact with Lynn and Kent until the day we checked out it was a five star experience. The Quarterdeck offers everything you need for a relaxing beach stay. All you need is beach wear, food, toiletries and paper products. Everything else is right there waiting. Games, beach necessities and amazing views. Our wedding was slightly hindered by weather, but with all the Quartedeck and our very supportive hosts had to offer and some New England determination we had an amazing wedding day and following week. Lynn and Kent are amazing hosts, they even allowed us to have a two pre-stay walk throughs to envision our setup. From the get go it felt like talking to longtime friends. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Quarterdeck and Lynn and Kent’s amazing hospitality. Decor and some welcome fruit were an extra nice touch! Would go back anytime the opportunity arises!
