You’d need scuba gear to sleep any closer to the water than this gorgeously updated, four-bedroom home, sitting right on the sand. Aside from being able to roll out of bed onto the beach, you’re within an easy drive of golf, hiking, mountain biking trails, theaters, shops, and restaurants. Plymouth’s historical attractions are around seven miles north. At home, start your day with a cup of coffee on your shady patio, or soak up some sun on the beach swing.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, fully updated space, with white walls, light wood floors, lots of natural light, and pops of coastal blue. The sleek kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a wine fridge, and there’s plenty of room for mealtime seating between the dining table and breakfast bar. Head out to explore on the area or just make straight for the sand. Grab the inflatable kiddie pool, volleyball set, or cornhole in the shed for some fun right at home. When you want to relax inside, board games and a streaming-capable TV will keep you entertained. Remote workers will appreciate the quiet desk, monitor, and wireless printer, and the free WiFi will make connecting a breeze. After a long day on the beach, come back to easily spritz away the sand with the convenient outdoor shower. Call it a night in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms, but not before an evening spent around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and toasting your good luck at booking the perfect beach vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Location
The house is located right in the heart of Whitehorse Beach. It’s a fantastic location. Parking is an absolute headache. The listing states you have two designated parking spots, but it actually means you have permit parking for two vehicles. You have to find a parking spot in the designated parking areas. Often times we had a 5 to 10 minute walk from where we were able to find parking to the house.

Know what you’re getting
This house delivers on its proximity to the beach. It is literally on the beach which is pretty special. Unfortunately, that’s where our met expectations ended. Let friendly is a nice option- know that it comes with the smell of damp dog in the living room. We arrived to a cabinet full of half eaten food from the previous guests. This could be seen as an oversight but when coupled with dirty glasses and food covered cookware, it made us wonder what else was overlooked in the cleaning process. If the cleaning fee wasn’t so high maybe I could argue that I got what I paid for but…. Additionally we arrived to a leak I. The ceiling of the kitchen with a bowl under it. I noticed it and messaged the host and was told to leave it there and remove if the dripping stopped. By the time we left we had 4 different drip catching bowls positioned around the kitchen. Gross. We had purchased food to use the grill and when we got out to turn it on found it was out of gas. Both tanks. We had to change plans and find out how to get propane. Not a huge deal but an inconvenience. Outside there was trash and some broken glass. It is worth noting that while the listing states there is parking you should know that there is a parking pass but the parking is street parking. You willlikely need to park and walk a bit depending on how full the street is. Given the nature of our guests I would have chosen something different if I knew that. Incredible beach property!
Amazing beach house, second line back from the beach. Super clean and well distributed, with everything you could need for the stay. Parking was easy with the pass and very nearby. Loved having the outdoor shower for the kids, we’ll be back!

Great location, a bit tight inside, difficult parking
Great small place, great location, but parking was extremely difficult. Place listed 4 passes would be included, but only 1 was available and Vacasa took 36 hours to return a less than ideal solution. Permit parking was everywhere for about a mile radius, requiring us to park overnight at businesses and hope that the car would not get towed.

Fantastic property and location
The property is fantastic. What you'd hope for and expect from a new england beach house. Plenty of rooms and fantastic amenities. Instructions and parking passes were helpful. We will be back! We lived on that back porch table, listening to the waves all day. The zero gravity chair, firepit and super nice neighbors -- including Paulettes pet pig, Squiggy!!, were a bonus, too!
