TY RAOK - Pretty house in Lilia 200m from the sea

Welcome to Ty Raok, a charming little house ideally located 200m from the sea, facing the lovely lighthouse of Île Vierge!

On the ground floor, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and living room, where you can enjoy a television. Behind the kitchen is a first bathroom with a shower.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom consists of two single beds (90x190), which we can push together to make a double bed according to your wishes. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x190) and a private bathroom with a shower.

Independent toilets are located on the ground floor and upstairs.

The enclosed garden, fitted with garden furniture with a table and chairs, offers an ideal setting to enjoy with family or friends!

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket with 100% local products, and a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristy places of Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: go explore the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the lovely, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of Île Vierge, visit Pointe Saint Matthieu, Château de Kergroadès, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, Brest Fine Arts Museum...
For children, you will also find nearby: La Récré des 3 Curés (theme park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For sports enthusiasts, magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing are located nearby, as well as golf courses including the Abers golf course.
