Welcome to this beautiful house overlooking the lovely Crique des 3 Curés with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Rade de Brest! This spacious 135 m² house, ideally located just steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the seaside resort of Trez-Hir, will be the perfect starting point to discover northern Finistère.

This fully ground-floor house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two bedrooms are equipped with Queen Size beds (160x200), one bedroom has 4 bunk beds, ideal for children, and the master bedroom has a King Size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The shared bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

With its large hallway and large bay windows, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea as soon as you wake up! The living area is nicely furnished and open to a well-equipped modern kitchen, with a large family table next to the living room.

Surrounded by bay windows, the living area is extremely bright, and opens onto the furnished terrace and the garden, to fully enjoy this superb sea view.

Outside, enjoy the large 1000 m² enclosed garden and its garden furniture for moments of relaxation in the open air. You will also be able to admire the sea view from the property.
