Upon arrival, you'll be charmed by the large enclosed garden, designed for relaxation and leisure. The expansive terrace is equipped with a barbecue for outdoor dining, while a pétanque court will delight enthusiasts of the game.

Inside, the living area, an impressive 100m² space, is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen with an adjoining pantry opens to a spacious lounge and dining area, perfect for socializing.

The ground floor sleeping area consists of a luxurious master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a toilet. Three other bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), share a bathroom and a toilet. An additional room features a sofa bed and a crib, perfect for little ones.

Upstairs, a dedicated children's area includes two adjoining rooms: one with three single beds (90x200) and the other with four single beds (90x200). This floor also has a toilet.

The house also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The villa's true gem is its splendid 32m² indoor pool (4x8m, 1.6m deep), heated year-round to 29°C. Adjacent to the pool, a bathroom and a second private terrace with sun loungers invite you to relax.

Fully equipped with smart home technology and underfloor heating, this villa combines modern comfort with high-end amenities.

While this home is a true haven of peace, it is not suitable for parties.

Located in a quiet hamlet, the villa is less than 5 minutes from all amenities. Only 10 minutes away, you'll find the charming port of Portsall and the fine sandy beaches of Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the coastal GR34 trail, which runs along the nearby coastline.
